Dinner Menu Summer 2020

We are pleased to be able to offer our guest a Dining Option at the Bed & Breakfast during the summer month. Dinner includes a 3 course menu. Please choose 1 of each of the following and request at least 2 days or 48 hours in advance. Menu and Dining option has to be requested and reserved a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Tangy Tomato soup with Basil

is a vegetarian puree of roasted tomatoes and basil. Orangey hue with a tinge of red, this soup is creamy and has the smell of freshly roasted tomatoes and fresh ground black pepper, blended to perfection.




Caesar Salad

salad of green romaine lettuce and croutons, dressed with parmesan cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, egg, Worchester sauce, garlic and black pepper

Fresh grilled Wild Pacific Salmon or Halibut

​basted in lemon-dill-butter sauce, grilled in garlic-butter and garnished with zesty lemon slices, herb spiced rice or pasta, served with seasonal vegetables


Tuscan Chicken

balsamic and tomato marinated chicken breast, grilled and dressed with fresh herbs, and garnished with a honey-Dijon mustard sauce, served with herbed rice or pasta and seasonal vegetables

Double Chocolate warm Chocolate Cake

topped with vanilla bean ice cream, hot fudge and whipped cream, garnished with maraschino cherries


Vanilla Bean Ice-Cream 

decorated with chocolate syrup, fresh fruit of the season and a biscotti or cookies

All fees included / changes maybe made without notice due to seasonal availability
